Radiant College exists to train and develop the next generation of leaders to change the world. We want to educate, equip, and empower students with the knowledge and experience needed to fulfill their God given calling and to create a lasting impact.

Dr. Aaron Burke

 
Dr. Aaron Burke is the Lead Pastor of Radiant Church in Tampa, FL. Since the launch of Radiant Church in 2013, Radiant has seen thousands of people make the decision to follow Christ. Radiant has launched multiple locations across the Tampa Bay area and was named in Outreach Magazine’s top 10 fastest growing churches in America. With the vision of Pastor Aaron to raise up leaders for the next generation, he founded Radiant College in 2019. He has a MBA and a Doctorate in Ministry from Southeastern University. He lives in Tampa with his wife Kaite, and four children.

John Bothe

John Bothe is the Radiant Church’s Next Gen Pastor and Radiant College Site Director at Radiant Church. Since high school, John has had a passion for helping other people reach their potential and their calling. He attended Southeastern University and studied ministry graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Church Ministry. After graduating from SEU, John went into student ministry. He and his wife Sarah currently serve as the Next Gen Pastors at Radiant Church overseeing Students, Young Adults, and Radiant College.

Alex Karpovage

Alex Karpovage is the Radiant College Project Manager at Radiant Church. He has felt called since he was a teenager to go into ministry and develop young leaders, so they can reach their God given purpose. Alex attended the University of South Florida and studied business graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Since graduating from USF, Alex went into student and college ministry.
